We are so happy to announce that earlier this month, FCB owner, Kairy-tate, met with Betty Nunnally and Susan Little from the
Star of Hope to donate an assortment of 610 never been worn dresses, tops, jackets, sweaters, dress pants, and jeans to their on-campus store, Betty's Boutique! In addition, Bella Dahl graciously donated six packed boxes of new clothing. This was said to be one of the best donations they have received from anyone at one time!
Betty Nunnally has dedicated over 27 years of her life to the
Star of Hope mission and has worked with them since 1990. In August 2017, Betty's Boutique was established in Betty's honor as a place for women and children to go and find essential clothing items to wear while getting back on their feet. Betty explained to us that most women and children come to the
Star of Hope with only one plastic bag full of possessions. Susan Little was also a huge part of turning the vision of Betty's Boutique into a reality.
We are honored to be able to partner with such a special organization and wonderful women! Check out our visit to the impressive and transformational campus of
Star of Hope’s Cornerstone Community.
