It is all about the stripes this spring and yes you can wear horizontal stripes...carefully. We love Pink Tartan's black and white tank with the georgette trim around the neckline and the sequin detail anchor design. Avoiding broad stripes will help prevent you from looking too boxy. Thin stripes are more flattering and adding a layer will break things up a bit. What a nice surprise to add this beautiful mint green Jade cardi to this otherwise black & white story.
