Michelle Nickerson is a local designer who recently moved to Houston from New Orleans with her husband and two young boys. Michelle began making jewelry in order to supplement her own wardrobe when she didn't quite have the right piece she was looking for. Friends and family began asking her to create pieces for them and soon it evolved into a business. Michelle likes to mix glass beads, freshwater pearls, natural stones and charms to make eclectic jewelry which can be mixed and matched together or with items already in customers' closets. Items look great alone or can be stacked for a fun, personalized feel. Numerous combinations allow the wearer to create their own look. Prices range from $30 - $60.
